Dr. Morris made the switch to stand up desks years ago at his practice and never turned back. Last year our office manager joined the stand-up desk team as well, and she has also noticed her back pain has minimized. Dr. Morris takes every chance he get's to "walk and talk" with patients and friends while they are here, "People know they need to get moving and many have the intention of doing so but it's difficult to make drastic habit changes.
