I quickly prepped something last night for this morning's breakfast and these frozen berries were involved.

And the answer isss....... CHIA SEED PUDDING!
For those of you that purchased a bulk bag of chia seeds because you heard somewhere they are good for you, but now you have no idea what to do with them, this post is for you! You can also try adding raw rolled oats for something hardier.

I would consider this more of an "advanced palette" breakfast (does that even mean anything?). Essentially, if you're used to eating Hardee's sausage biscuits for breakfast, you may not enjoy the taste/texture. I would more likely recommend oatmeal and fruit as a breakfast, before you segue into the chia. :D
