Shared Medical Visits
This insurance-covered program is built around our patients to provide you an extended medical office visit (1 hr in length) that focuses on one specific health topic such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, smoking cessation and other addictions, stress, and many others! This program is designed in a small group setting including a brief individual medical exam with your provider. Patients pay a regular co-pay (if applicable), and may bring spouses free of charge like any other follow-up office visit.
